1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and provide refunds for unworn items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox.

  • All original tags must be attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Any item that shows clear signs of wear or damage after receipt.

  • Items not in their original condition or returned without the original shoebox.

3. Return/Refund Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer support team at support@jordadnofficial.co.uk within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the unworn item(s) in their original box to the address we provide. Please include the RMA number with your return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refund Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment in US Dollars (USD).

Timing: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the approval email is sent. Processing times vary by financial institution.

5. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at support@jordadnofficial.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
